Pharaoh Osorkon II is shown squatting on a pillar of lapis lazuli. It has the appearance of the god of the dead, Osiris, the body enclosed in a sheath of mummy.

He wears the high Atef crown flanked by two feathers. His wife Isis and her son Horus stand with him and raise their hands to him as a gesture of protection.
